GPA’s philosophy blends imaginative form-making with inspiration drawn from a diverse body of knowledge, resulting in designs that are as thoughtful as they are distinctive. Every project is rooted in essence, authenticity, and purpose, reflecting the vision and the commitment of the founder.

Despite being a young firm, GPA benefits from Giovanni Pezzino’s extensive experience spanning over 26 years and encompassing a spectrum of expertise: interior design, FF&E, architecture, planning, zoning analysis, feasibility studies, sustainability, code compliance, construction administration, supervision, and permitting. Our success is built on genuine partnerships—with skilled associates, consultants, and above all, our clients—because lasting relationships are the foundation of every successful project.

President and founder Giovanni Pezzino, AIA, holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University. His credentials, including LEED and NCARB certification, as well as licensure in both Florida and New York, enable GPA to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions across a broad geographic area. Giovanni’s commitment to professional growth includes real estate licensing in Florida and New York, allowing GPA to offer integrated realty and architectural services for investors and homeowners seeking value through exceptional design.
